How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders will ship within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 1:00 pm PST, weekend or national holidays may be shipped the next business day. Standard Shipping takes 3-5 Business Days to deliver within the U.S.A. Please note that due to COVID-19, USPS is delayed.

How do I make changes to my order?
Please email us as soon as possible at info@meadowivy.com and we will try to accommodate.
If your order has already been shipped, you may return the items you do not wish to keep. Please see our Return Policy for details.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order ships.

Do you ship to Internationally?
Unfortunately not at this time but we hope to in the near future.

One of the items I received does not have washing instructions! How do I clean this item?

In the rare case you receive an item that does not have washing instructions please contact us so we may assist you.  When in doubt, it's always best to wash on cold and delicate cycle to be on the safe side.  For delicate items such as lace or tulle, we suggest hand washing and laying flat to dry.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Sales@MeadowIvy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
